Portfolio Etiquette

Take a few minutes to read through our etiquette processes. We have put these in place to allow us to provide you with the quality of service you expect and ensure you receive the best care. 

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least a 24-hour notice prior to canceling or rescheduling.

  • If you cancel prior to the 24-hour mark, no charge will be made. 
  • If you cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour timeframe, a 50% charge will be incurred. 
  • If you fail to show or fail notify us within a 24-hour timeframe, a 100% charge will be made and full payment will be required for your next appointment.

Please be considerate of everyone’s time. Appointments can take up a significant amount of time to give everyone the best experience possible.

Service Policy

We take pride in our work. Above all else we want our guests to fill and look their best.

Allow us to make proper adjustments within 7 days of your service. After 7 days a complementary adjustment will not be considered and service cost will be applied.

Due to the nature of our business, we do not provide refunds.

Late Policy

If you were running late, please call the salon and make us aware. We want to perform all services in their entirety.

Running more than 15 minutes behind can result in shortened services or can be subject to change depending on your stylist’s discretion.

We have this policy in place to prevent overlapping of appointments for the rest of the day. Thank you for your consideration.

Guest Policy

A busy salon can become a safety hazard with unsupervised children present. Sharp objects, hot tools, chemicals, and a fast pace environment makes it unsafe for children under 12 to be unattended in the lounge area and on the floor.

Refrain from bringing children to your appointment. And please make the proper accommodations prior to your reservation.

This policy is put in place for your children’s safety and to keep a relaxing and calm environment for all of our guests.
